Is our data shared with other companies?
No. Every company runs in its own tenant with row-level isolation, its own logins and its own branding on exports.
Can we bring our existing Excel formats?

Who can change controlled documents?
Only the roles you allow. Company admins and quality managers control the manual, procedures and formats; other roles create records only.
